As part of our CEEPUS exchange programme we have to pleasure to welcome Prof. Arta Musaraj, Rector of the University Pavaresia of Vlore, Albania, for a talk and workshop on organizational behaviour.

Public Lecture: "Cognitive bases of organizational behavior"

Abstract:
The lecture will focus on the creation of logical and practical connections to participants regarding cognitive aspects in an organizational framework. The creation and acquisition of knowledge, starting from the acquisition and modification of the organizational environment, creation and transfer of knowledge, behavior acquisition and modification using learning theories and related processes of behavior modification. Perception as a process and personality implications as important elements in the creation of the perception for the organizational reality; effects in attitudes and behavior of the members in the organizations. An important component will be the process of knowledge transfer as a main element affecting organizational capabilities in inheriting the accumulated experience in organizations.
